Delete Your ShowUp Account
You can request deletion of your ShowUp account from this page even if you no longer have the app installed. The ShowUp Android app also links to this page from its Legal and account section.

Email uvbolt.k@gmail.com with the subject "ShowUp account deletion request" and include:
- The email address, phone number, or Google account used for ShowUp.
- A short line saying you want your ShowUp account deleted.
- Do not send your password, payment credentials, card details, bank details, or OTP codes.
What Happens Next
We will verify that the request belongs to the account holder and aim to respond within 7 days. After verification, we will delete or de-identify account data that is no longer needed to operate the service or meet legal, security, payment, tax, accounting, dispute, fraud-prevention, or platform obligations.
If your account has an active cycle, unresolved payment, open dispute, fraud review, or pending Google Play reconciliation, deletion may be completed after that issue is resolved. You can still start the request now.
Data That May Be Retained
Some records may be retained after account deletion when needed for legitimate reasons. This can include payment ledger entries, Google Play order references, audit logs, dispute records, fraud-prevention records, tax or accounting records, and records needed to comply with law or platform enforcement.
